Rebecca's tasks:

+ Provide Host with invites (email and paper copies).
+ Call host 2 days prior to check all tracking ok.
+ Arrive 30 mins earlier to set up display.
+ Co-host the party.
+ Follow-up with the host 14 days later if necessary.

Host tasks:

+ Invite 12 - 15 Friends and Family.
+ Provide a table for Jewellery Display (ie. Dining table)
+ Provide a light supper.
+ Check with guests that are unavailable/cancel whether they would like to book a party.
